My name is Deb Selbe with EXIT Home & Ranch in Durango, CO.

Are you still interested in moving to the Durango area? If so and are not working with another real estate agent lets see how I can personally help you with your search.

I am a Colorado native and have lived in resort areas for the past 35 years. I have experienced the growth of Boulder and Steamboat Springs in becoming  booming and amazing places to live and play.

Durango is well on its way as well.

Durango and the Pagosa Springs area still have a wonderful small town community feel and living experience. Each has its own diversity of people and activities, and each has its own unique personality that you will enjoy.

If you prefer a smaller town feel we have many bedroom communities like Mancos, Dove Creek, Bayfield and even Cortez with its rough and wilder side of country.

Could you imagine living in Southwest Colorado? Could you ever be able to  imagine all the things there are to do and see in the area? Which ones would you like to do first?

Lets make a plan and work it together,

Debbie
